What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed trance like state of focused awareness. Unlike in sleep you are alert and in control the whole time. This relaxed state is a gateway to your subconscious mind (or habitual mind) where your innate habits and patterns reside. Hypnosis is a state where you become receptive to positive suggestions for change.

Although hypnosis has been controversial, most clinicians now agree it can be a powerful, effective therapeutic technique for a wide range of conditions, including pain, stress, anxiety and mood disorders. Hypnosis can also help people change their habits, such as negative self-talk, confidence booster, weight loss and quitting smoking.

If your conscious mind is focused on what you don’t want that is exactly what you will get. No surprise there. The quantum physics of thought: thoughts become things.

With frequent visits into your subconscious mind, we can decipher the codes of your patterns and habits. Your mind will give you new insight into the values you hold dear.

The unlimited power within is like a locked door and only we hold the key that will open it. Your subconscious is the source of your motivation, ambition, patterns, habits, emotions, self-talk, behaviors, and attitudes. Therapeutic hypnosis can help you unlock the door to this part of your mind to invoke long lasting change. It has long been known as a compelling, evidence-based solution for habit control, stress, and self-improvement.

Testimonials

I’ve always had certain assumptions about the concept of hypnotherapy.

I based a lot of it on what I’ve seen on TV or heard from friends, but everyone and every experience is different. I just completed my first session of guided imagery hypnosis with Pepper, and I’m glad I experienced the process first hand. It motivated me, and I’m looking forward to working further towards some personal goals. It’s fascinating when you delve into the potential of the subconscious mind.

Being the type of person who has a mind that races all the time, it is sometimes hard to wipe all of that away and rest my thoughts.

With Pepper’s guided session, I felt myself relax and go to a different place where I felt like I could settle my mind and focus more on my goals. She personalized it to fit my self-interests and what I want to better about myself. I’m looking forward to seeing the progress I make with hypnotherapy.

Pepper is very professional and has warm genuine energy and thanks to her, I am able to sleep without taking Rx.

Aside from seeing her for sessions, I have also been listening to a personalized guided imagery she made for me. Mornings were hard for me especially since I get up really early for work. I now find myself facing the day and reacting to things in a more positive way.

I would have never guessed that such a session could change my way of thinking of life.

My mood towards life has shifted, I was so focused on work and problems that were going on in my life and I wasn’t living for myself. Now I can truly say that my way of thinking and perspective in life has changed for the better and my family can clearly see the difference. Thank you Pepper.
